Q: Where can I find information about the Global Entry office at the airport?

Q: My luggage is lost, who should I contact?

Q: How early should I be at the airport before my flight leaves?

A: We recommend arriving at the airport at least two hours before your flight is scheduled to leave.

Q: When does the airport open and when do the airline ticket counters open?

A: The airport is open 24 hours a day. The security checkpoint generally opens at 3:50 a.m. The airline ticket counters generally open for business no later than 4:00 a.m. Hours for the Allegiant ticket counter vary; click here to download a schedule.

Q: How do I find airline fares between Springfield and other cities?

A: Travelers need to contact airlines directly, or go through a travel agent, for fares and flight schedules. For a list of airlines serving the Springfield airport, click here.

Q: How much does it cost to park at the airport?

Q: Where can I find parking for the disabled?

Q: How can I apply for a job at the airport?

A: The work force at the airport is composed of various businesses. Each has its own hiring policies and procedures. Click here for more information.

Q: What identification is needed for children at the security checkpoint?

A: No identification is required for children. Adults 18 and over are required to present acceptable identification. For more information visit the website of the Transportation Security Administration.

Q: What am I not allowed to take on the airplane?

Q: Does the airport have U.S. Customs office?
